To the People of Nigeria and the International Community,

We, the League for Social Justice, stand in unwavering solidarity with the brave citizens of Nigeria who have taken to the streets to demand an end to bad governance. The #EndBadGovernance protest represents a crucial and commendable movement towards a more just, transparent, and accountable governance in Nigeria.

For far too long, the Nigerian people have suffered under the weight of corruption, inefficiency, and neglect by those in positions of power. The systemic issues of poor governance have led to widespread poverty, inadequate healthcare, failing educational systems, and a lack of basic infrastructure. The youth, who are the future of the nation, face dismal prospects with high unemployment rates and limited opportunities. These conditions are not merely unfortunate; they are unacceptable and must be addressed urgently.

The #EndBadGovernance protest is a powerful testament to the resilience and courage of Nigerians. It is a call for dignity, respect, and the right to a better future. The demands for transparency, accountability, and a government that serves the people rather than self-interests are not only just but essential for the nation's progress.

We urge the Nigerian government to heed the voices of its citizens. Repression, violence, and intimidation have no place in a democratic society. Instead, we call for a constructive and peaceful dialogue that addresses the legitimate grievances of the people. It is through listening and genuine engagement that sustainable solutions can be found.

We also call on the international community to support the Nigerian people in their quest for justice and good governance. The global community must stand together to uphold the principles of democracy, human rights, and social justice.

To the protesters, we commend your bravery and determination. Your fight is a righteous one, and your courage inspires others around the world. Stay peaceful, stay strong, and know that you are not alone in this struggle.

In solidarity,

League for Social Justice
